Hi everyone!
I hope everyone is enjoying time with their family and staying safe!  Luckily, nothing has changed with the high school application results release date, and today is still the day!  I know you are getting a lot of communication from the GoCPS staff, but I wanted to send an email with some information.  I will also post this information on the Thorp website.

*Application results will be posted on GoCPS accounts today (3/27) any time from 5:00pm-11:59pm.  All families should have gotten a robocall and an email with instructions on how to access results.  

*TIMELINE DATES (all other dates will be released once finalized):

3/27  Round 1 application results released

4/22  Deadline to accept or decline offers

4/27  Waitlist process opens

*Principal Discretion timeline and process have not been finalized yet.  Once it is, I will let you know.

*On the GoCPS website, you can access videos on Accepting and Declining Offers and High School Selection, as well as FAQ’s.

Obviously, I know how stressful this high school process normally is, and not being able to see you and meet with you won’t make it any easier.  However, I want you to know that I am always available via email (mlporwancher@cps.edu).  Please reach out to me with ANY and ALL questions, and I will try to make this as smooth as possible for all of you.
